This understanding results in a Business Analysis Report specific to your operations, which contains an implementation plan tailored to your unique situation and allows for optimal configuration of the QEST Platform to meet the specific requirements of your business.
Hands-on training is provided to a key user group for the verification of the uniquely configured customer system.
This process is called “train-the-trainer” and results in trained individuals in the client company who then conduct internal end-user training. The process takes place on the client’s system and includes access to supporting documentation.
